Abolishing Fears

Only fear is holding you back from what you truly desire. Breaking free from these bounds will allow you to awaken your most precious dreams.

To allow your dreams to become reality, you must first recognize what is stopping you. Is it the planning? Little support? Possibility of failure?

These little pieces can twist and turn every reality of your dream into a speck of dust. It is very valuable to delve into these fears and go to the very root of the feeling. Did you have trouble making plans with your boyfriend in college? Could your fear of support come from your unsupportive father during your childhood? Perhaps you got the dreaded F in high school Geometry and couldn't completely shake the feeling of failure?

As you come closer to understanding the basis of your fears you now have the chance to do something amazing. By taking a few small steps, you can abolish these fears forever.

*Test yourself with meeting your fear in small amounts. If public speaking is your fear, begin by playing Apples to Apples with some friends, then make a small speech at a family reunion, after that you could join a small performance with a community theatre, and sooner than you know, you will become a public speaking genius! Some fears may be harder to conquer than others and take several small steps. The important thing to remember is that whatever step you take gets you even closer to your dream.

*People who share your interests or respect your goals definitely should be kept by your side. Make a note of those who can help keep you uplifted throughout your quest to conquer your fears.

*Do not give up. If one plan doesn't work out, try to look at it in another way and try something new and even better, you might be surprised what you discover!

As you continue to follow your dreams, never forget to look at what you can do to help your courage grow. Never let what's stopping you take away the beauty of what awaits.
